VeChain has partnered with one of the world’s largest networks of independent accounting and consulting firms in order to provide advanced blockchain solutions.
According to a post published by the VeChain Foundation, the enterprise-friendly public blockchain has inked a partnership with Grant Thornton Cyprus. The partnership aims to pair and utilize Vechain’s “advanced blockchain solutions for various industries” among the network of Grant Thornton Cyprus clients, including the food industry, pharmaceuticals, and logistics.
Grant Thornton Cyprus originally launched its blockchain service line in September 2018, which has since expanded to 135 countries. The post claims the blockchain department will be collaborating with VeChain’s technical experts to deliver and implement blockchain services for clients. The partnership aims to target sectors such as supply chain management, renewable energy, and e-commerce, among others.
Sunny Lu, co-founder and CEO of VeChain said the coronavirus pandemic has accelerated digitalization and enhanced the urgency for digital solutions.
He continued,

According to the post, the new partnership opens the door to “thousands of companies” interested in exploring a new world of opportunities through blockchain solutions.
