On Tuesday (January 15th), ABCC Exchange announced its partnership with TRON Foundation ahead of the niTROn Summit in San Francisco (January 17–18). It also said that it would be the first cryptocurrency exchange to list TRON’s native (TRC-10) tokens. However, it is not clear that this second claim is correct as we will explain in this article.

The first time we heard from the Singapore-headquartered ABCC Exchange was on January 11th, when it tweeted about its intention to list both TRC-10 and TRC-20 tokens on its trading platform:

This was followed by another tweet on January 15th:

Later in the same day, it tweeted again about TRON, this time to announce its partnership with TRON Foundation and to say that it would be the first exchange to list TRC10 tokens:

However, as this reply from “@ActiveEightCoin” suggests, ABCC Exchange does not appear to be the first cryptocurrency exchange to list TRC-10 tokens, and in fact, that honor seems to belong to cryptocurrency exchange CryTrEx:

What is even more interesting is that ActiveEightCoin, which is a TRC-10 token, was the first such token to list on CryTrex on 13 November 2018:

At press time, according to CryptoCompare, TRX is trading at $0.02548, up 0.04% in the past 24-hour period.
