Popular cybersecurity programmer and cryptocurrency advocate John McAfee has continued to shill coins from behind bars.

McAfee, who was arrested earlier in the month in Spain, is currently awaiting possible extradition to the United States for charges related to tax evasion. Despite being imprisoned, he has continued to provide updates to his fans through his wife Janice, claiming that Spanish jail is “not that bad.”

McAfee once again took to Twitter, posting several responses to the European press in what he called the “John McAfee Media FAQ.”

According to the update, McAfee says the charges against him are politically motivated and the result of his stance against the United States Constitution’s Sixteenth Amendment regarding Congressional taxation.

McAfee also took the opportunity to promote the stablecoin $GHOST, saying it was the only remaining project he is working on.

He continued,

When our private stablecoin is released, it will revolutionize crypto transactions… My work with $GHOST revolves entirely around our development of the world’s first private stablecoin. Version one will be a wrapped DAI. Later we will have a new stable, private blockchain.

When asked how his views towards cryptocurrency had changed since 2017, McAfee said he was dismayed by the industry’s focus on “get rich quick” narratives rather than for utility in transactions.
